    Step 1

    烧热2汤匙油加入马铃薯丁、洋葱丁、红辣椒碎和葱花炒香,再加入调味料拌匀,盛起待冷。Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok, sauté potato, onion, red chili and spring onion until fragrant; toss in seasoning and dish out and let cool.

    Step 2

    加入鸡蛋,充分搅匀。Mix in egg sauce and stir until well mixed.

    Step 3

    准备一个不粘底的平底镬,抹上适量油预热,加入烘蛋料,加盖用慢火烘到鸡蛋熟透,即可盛起装饰享用。Heat 1 non-stick pan with some oil,pour in mixture and sear until cooked, dish out.
