    Step 1

    将马铃薯泥和所有材料及调味料放进大碗中,充分搅拌均匀。Mixes mashed potato with rest of ingredients and seasoning in mixing bowl.

    Step 2

    分成大小均匀,搓成圆形,按扁。Separate the potato mixtures into small portions; shape roundly and flatten on palm.

    Step 3

    将牛油煮溶,放进马铃薯饼煎至金黄色。Heat up butter in pan,sear potato patties until golden brown.

    Step 4

    盛起装饰后即可享用。Garnish after plating.
