【烹饪小贴士】豆腐最好不要蒸过久,不然豆腐会不够滑。

    Step 1

    将豆腐切片后排在碟中,隔水蒸3分钟取出备用。Arrange sliced tofu in plate and steam for 3 minutes.

    Step 2

    烧热材料C中的2大匙油,爆香菜莆碎和辣椒粉,加入西芹炒香,再加所有材料B炒香,接着加入调味料炒片刻起镬铺上豆腐面。Sauté ingredients C in wok until fragrant, add in celery and follow with all ingredients B; and then toss in seasoning and dish out, pour on top of tofu.

    Step 3

    烧热1大匙油,加入其余已拌匀的芡汁A,煮滚后加入芡汁B勾芡,淋上豆腐中,摆上装饰即可享用。Heat 1tbsp oil in wok, toss in all other ingredients A, once boiled, thicken with ingredients B and dish out, pour over tofu to serve.
