众所周知,“鱼香”是一种中式料理上的调味,但这种调味料内并不含任何海鲜成份,通常会用上糖醋和酱油等,发挥在口味清淡又嫩滑的豆腐上,很是匹配,作为素菜,更是起了开胃的作用。

    Step 1

    板豆腐洗净、抹干水分后,切成块,然后表面在裹上一层粟米粉。After washing and wiping hard beancurd, cut into pieces and coat the surface with corn flour.

    Step 2

    将作法1的豆腐放入鸡蛋液内,裹上蛋液,将板豆腐煎至2面金黄,上碟备用。Put the hard beancurd into the egg liquid and fry the hard beancurd until two sides are golden then set aside.

    Step 3

    使用相同的锅,下蒜蓉、葱花和甜椒丁,爆香后,下作法3的煎豆腐,翻炒。In the same pot, add the minced garlic, green onion and diced bell peppers sauté until fragrance, put the hard beancurd and stir-fry evenly.

    Step 4

    倒入酱汁,煮至收汁,即可上桌,趁热享用。Pour in the sauce, cook until the sauce thickened and absorbed, serve and enjoy while it's hot.
