捞生捞生,越捞越生!但是记得鸡肉不可以煮太久,否则会很硬啊。

    Step 1

    将鸡胸肉去皮洗净。Wash chicken breast meat, discard the skin.

    Step 2

    煮滾清水,放入鸡精粉和鸡胸肉,中小火煮25分钟至熟,取出待凉拔丝。鸡汤留用。Boil water with 2 tsp chicken stock granules, add in chicken meat, cook for 25 mins in medium low heat, dish out and shredded when cool.Reserve the stock.

    Step 3

    烧热1汤匙油,倒入献汁材料,把鱼翅焖煮3分钟,捞起铺在鸡丝上。Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok, pour in gravy ingredients, add in mock shark’s fin, simmer for 3 minutes, dish out and pour over the shredded chicken.

    Step 4

    将焖煮鱼翅汤汁勾芡淋在上面,即可上桌。Thicken the shark’s fin gravy, pour over the dish, garnish and serve.
