    将烤箱预热180℃。Preheat oven to 180℃.

    取一小份面团,隔着塑胶纸擀成薄片。将擀好的薄饼移至烤盘。Divide the dough into small portion, roll between a sheet of plastic and roll it flat.Arrange on a greased baking tray.

    以140℃烤10-15分钟至金黄色即可。Bake at 140℃ for 10-15 minutes until both side golden in color.
