    用鸭蛋烤完后的饼干有它独特的香气,口感酥脆。

    Step 1

    先把核桃放入烤箱上层以150℃烤约10分钟后取出放凉打成粉备用。Put the walnuts in the upper layer of the oven and bake at 150℃ for about 10 minutes.

    Step 2

    中筋面粉,泡打粉过筛备用。Mix all-purpose flour and baking powder; sifted.

    Step 3

    然好把配方的奶油加入细砂糖和盐一起打至松发变乳白色。Blend cream with sugar and salt until fluffy.

    Step 4

    鸭蛋黄打散成蛋液后,分次加入一起打发。Beat duck egg yolks and add into cream mixture in a few times and blend until peak.

    Step 5

    再加入过筛后的中筋面粉、泡打粉,氨酚和发粉搅拌拌匀,最后再加入核桃粉一起搅拌即为面团。Add in sifted all-purpose flour, baking soda, ammonia and baking powder; mixes well. And then add in walnut powder and form as dough.

    Step 6

    把打好的粉团分割成每个约40公克的小圆球,再以手掌把小圆球压平后,以指头在中间压出凹陷状,最后在中间凹陷处放入核桃,再刷上少许蛋黄液备用。Divide the dough into small balls of about 40g each, then flatten the small balls with the palm; and then use fingers to pinch a hollow. Finally, put walnuts in the middle of hollow and brush with egg yolk.

    Step 7

    再放置于烤箱,以上火160℃,下火160℃烤约15分钟即可。Place in a preheated oven, use both the up and down bake element at 160℃ for 15 minutes.
