    黄梨可减缓关节与肌肉发炎等疼痛、具有纤维可促进消化、新陈代谢、改善呼吸道等功能。

    Step 1

    用5大匙油爆香蒜茸和葱头仔碎、咖哩粉和黄姜粉加入6大匙水调成糊状,才加入炒香,加入水煮滚。Stir-fry chopped shallots and chopped garlic with 5 tbsp of cooking oil, mix curry powder and turmeric powder with 6tbsp of water to make into paste before adding into the fried shallots and garlic, continue to stir-fry. Add in the water and bring to boil.

    Step 2

    加入黄梨和鱼块煮15分钟,加入山佬叶、辣椒片和调味料煮多5分钟,即可。Add in pineapple and fish, boil for 15 minutes. Add in betal leaves, chilli and seasoning and continue to cook for another 5 minutes and serve.
