    Step 1

    用滚水煮排骨30-35分钟至¾熟,然后以腌料腌妥,收入冰箱数小时或隔夜。烤前1至1½小时从冰箱取出。Cook spareribs in boiling water for about 30-35 minutes till ¾ cooked through.Remove,drain and mix with marinade for several hours or overnight in the refrigerator.

    Step 2

    把排骨放在铺铝箔的烤盘里,放入预热至200℃的烤炉里烤10分钟。Remove marinated spareribs from the refrigerator 1-1 ½ hours before roasting.

    Step 3

    取出排骨,刷上腌料,再入烤炉烤10分钟,重复步骤两次或至排骨熟透即可。Place the spareribs on a baking tray that is lined with foil. Roast in preheated oven at 200℃ for 10 minutes. Repeat steps twice or until ribs are well cooked.
