    香醇黑糖香,更能咬到Q弹有嚼劲的珍珠口感,超厚扎实的内馅甜而不腻。

    Step 1

    把水和黑糖放入奶锅中,小火加热煮至黑糖完全溶化,转大火煮开。Boil water and brown sugar in skillet until sugar totally melted; and then turn to high heat and boil it

    Step 2

    倒入一半木薯粉快速搅拌,再倒入剩下的粉搅拌成团。Pour in half of the tapioca flour and stir swiftly; and then add in the rest of flour and mix into dough.

    Step 3

    把面团倒在案板上揉光滑。Knead the dough on table top until smooth.

    Step 4

    用手把小粒的面团搓圆,搓好的珍珠放在碗中。Pinch small portion of dough to make pearl balls and place in bowl.

    Step 5

    撒上一点干粉滚匀防粘。Dust with some dry flour to prevent them from sticking to each other.

    Step 6

    煮一锅水,水沸腾后倒入珍珠以大火煮10分钟,焖10分钟。Boil a pot of water, scald the pearl balls for 10 minutes with high heat; and then cover with lid to simmer for 10 minutes.

    Step 7

    煮好的珍珠捞到碗中,备用。Pour cooked pearl balls in bow for later use.

    Step 8

    锅中加入水和黑糖,开火煮至融化。倒入珍珠,煮至糖浆浓稠。Boil syrup ingredients until sugar melted; pour in pearl balls and continue to cook until syrup become thickens.
