    Step 1

    用腌料腌猪肉至少20分钟。Season belly pork with marinade for at least 20 minutes.

    Step 2

    热1杯油,把猪肉拉油至七成熟即可。Heat a cup of oil and parboil pork in hot oil until 70% cooked. Remove and set aside.

    Step 3

    另外以干净的锅热麻油,把姜和大葱爆香。Heat sesame oil in a clean wok,sauté ginger and onion until fragrant.

    Step 4

    加入调味料、猪肉和所有其他材料,炒均炒熟即可。Add in seasoning,pork and all other ingredients. Toss and fry well to combine.
