黑胡椒炒面 Fried Yee Mee with Black pepper

【材料】
普通伊面3只、包菜150克、红萝卜50克、鲜白玉菇80克、鲜灵芝菇80克
【调味料】
黑胡椒粉2茶匙、黑胡椒粒1茶匙、素蚝油1-11⁄2汤匙、麻油1⁄2茶匙、水2碗、预先拌均匀
【做法】
1.将所有调味料混合备用。(图1)
2.烧热油1汤匙,加入菇先炒香,倒入调味料和伊面,一起拌煮匀至汁浓稠。(图2-3)
3.然后加入包菜、红萝卜拌炒均匀,即可上碟享用。(图4-5)

【Ingredients】
3 pieces dried yee mee noodles, 150g cabbage, 50g carrot, 80g white Enoki, 80g Ling Zhi mushroom
【Seasoning】
2 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp black peppercorn, 1-11⁄2 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce, 1⁄2 tsp sesame oil, 2 bowls water
【Method】
1.Mix all the seasonig in a bowl.(pic 1)
2.Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok, saute all mushroom until fragrant, and then add in seasoning and Yee Mee, simmer until gravy thicken.(pic 2-3)
3.Stir in cabbage and carrot, mix well and dish out.(pic 4-5)
