    Step 1

    把生粉和盐放入塑胶袋里摇晃混合,然后再放入虾摇晃混合。Put corn flour and salt into a plastic bag. Shake to mix. Add in the prawns and give it a shake to coat the prawns.

    Step 2

    起锅热油,把虾分批放入锅里,煎一会即盛出备用。Heat oil in a wok and drop in the prawns in batches. Fry for a while then dish out.

    Step 3

    另外热2汤匙麻油,把姜、蒜茸及咖哩叶炒香,然后加入黑胡椒粉,炒均后加入调味料。Heat 2 tbsp sesame oil in a wok,fry ginger,garlic and curry leaves till fragrant followed by coarse ground black peppers. Fry briefly. Add in seasoning to mix.

    Step 4

    把虾和青葱放入,赞入花雕酒,炒均后盛出即刻上桌。Put in the prawns and spring onion. Splash in the wine. Stir until sauce is well combined with the prawns. Dish out and serve at once.
