    拉面和鸡蛋是家里的常备有的食材之一,两者混合起来煎一煎,就是咬起来香香脆脆又有Q度的拉面汉堡,配着家常菜──黑胡椒猪肉片,再加一片芝士、一片洋葱。东拼西凑出来的口味,往往都很有惊喜。

    Step 1

    有机拉面煮软后,沥干水份,立刻放进冰水里浸泡10分钟,捞起备用。Scald noodle in boiling water until soften, drain and soak in ice water for 10 minutes; drain again.

    Step 2

    将鸡蛋打散,然后倒入作法1里的拉面内,使之沾满蛋液。Beat egg and pour into ramen and mixes well.

    Step 3

    冷油下锅,将拉面分成8份,放入圆形煎蛋模内,然后用玻璃杯底压实,煎至2面金黄有脆皮。Heat oil in wok, apportion ramen into 8 sets and place each of them in a egg mold, press with a galss base and sear until both sides become golden brown.

    Step 4

    冷油下锅,爆香蒜茸后,下猪肉片翻炒后,下调味料继续炒到熟后,即可上碟,备用。Heat oil in wok again, sauté garlic until fragrant; toss in meat slices and follow with seasoning, stir-fry until cooked, dish out.

    Step 5

    将煎好的拉面,依序摆上芝士片、黑胡椒炒猪肉片和洋葱丝,然后盖上另一片拉面,即可享用。Stack cheese, meat slices and onion on top of ramen; and then cover with another set of ramen, ready to serve.
