    Step 1

    大火将水煮滚,加入花肉和卤汁料,以小火焖30分钟,捞起,盛在碟子上,卤汁留用。Bring water to boil, add in spiced condiments ingredients and pork belly, simmer in low heat for 30 minutes, and drain the meat and place in plate. Keep the stewed saucefor use.

    Step 2

    烧热2汤匙油,爆香姜丝和黑胡椒,倒入卤汁,加入调味料煮滚。Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok, sauté ginger and black pepper until fragrant, pour in stewed sauce and seasoning, bring to boil.

    Step 3

    加入粟粉水打芡,淋在卤花肉上,即可享用。Thicken with starch and pour it over the meat and serve.
