    Directions

    Step 1

    将全部材料A和调味料充份搅拌成非常黏性,然后放进冰箱冷藏2小时。Mixes all ingredients A with seasoning until sticky;and then keep in fridge for 2 hours.

    Step 2

    将虾和腌料拌匀,腌制2小时。Marinate prawns with marinade for 2 hours.

    Step 3

    准备一锅滚水加入适量油和盐将黄芽白烫熟,捞起沥干水份。Boil water with dash of salt and oil;blanch Chinese cabbage until cooked,drain.

    Step 4

    将黄芽白推开放上适量的鸡肉绞和一只虾卷起。Flatten Chinese cabbage and spread some chicken mixture on it,top with a prawn and roll up.

    Step 5

    重复做完为止,排在蒸盘上用大火蒸20分钟至熟。Repeat steps until ingredients all utilized; arrange in pan and steam in high heat for 20 minutes or until cooked.

    Step 6

    将汁料煮滚,试味,勾芡即可淋上龙凤呈祥上,装饰后即可上桌。Bring all sauce ingredients to boil,adjust taste and pour it over the rolls,garnish and serve.
