    Step 1

    将全部凉拌材料拌匀,备用,Mixes all salad ingredients.

    Step 2

    虾去壳留尾开背去泥肠,洗净后抹干。Shelled prawns and keep tail intact, deveins ,wash and pat dry.

    Step 3

    将脆浆粉搅拌均匀,烧热炸油,将虾粘上脆浆后放进油镬炸至金黄色,捞起沥干油份。Mixes batter ingredients,heat oil in wok, coat the prawns with batter and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown,drain.

    Step 4

    配凉拌享用。Serve with salad.
