柴鱼海鲜炒饭Bonito Seafood Fried Rice

海鲜材料(切粒)
A:带子20克、虾肉20克、鱼肉20克
B:日本饭300克、柴鱼片5克、鱼子40克、樱花虾米10克、韭葱(切片) 20克、炸蒜茸20克、鸡蛋两粒

调味料
盐½茶匙、鸡精粉1茶匙、胡椒粉适量、生抽1汤 匙

做法
1.将樱花虾米用小火干炒至香即可。(图1)
2.将海鲜粒沸水至熟备用。(图2)
3.锅中加油烧开,放入日本饭翻炒,再淋上鸡蛋液,炒制均匀。(图3)
4.接着,放入调味料 与韭葱和炸蒜茸,快火炒至香味。
5.最后,加入海鲜粒、鱼子粒、柴鱼片与樱花虾米即可享用。(图4-5)

SEAFOOD INGREDIENTS (DICED ALL)
A: 20g each of fresh scallop, shelled prawn and fish fillet
B: 300g Japanese rice, 5g bonito, 40g fish roe, 10g sakura shrimp, 20g chive & spring onion (sliced), 20g fried garlic, 2 eggs

SEASONING
½ tsp salt, 1 tsp chicken powder, dash of pepper, 1 tbsp soy sauce

METHOD
1.Saute Sakura shrimp with low heat until fragrant.(pic 1)
2.Blanch all diced seafood in boiling water until cooked. (pic 2)
3.Heat some oil in wok, stir-fry the rice, pour egg over and stir to mix. (pic 3)
4.Add in seasoning, chive, spring onion and fried garlic; stir-fry with high heat briskly.
5.Toss in diced seafood, fish roe, bonito and Sakura shrimp, ready to serve. (pic 4-5)
