油条卷Crispy You Tiao

材料:
苏东泥300克、芫荽20克(剁碎)、红萝卜30克(剁碎)、马蹄30克(去皮剁碎)、油条6条

调味料:
盐适量、白糖适量、胡椒粉适量、麻油数滴、千岛酱100克、芝麻少许(炒香)

做法:
1.把苏东泥和剁碎的材料及调味料混合,搅拌至滑身成馅。
2.把馅料酿入割开的油条内,然后切成小块。
3.以中火炸至金黄色,然后蘸千岛酱,再撒上芝麻。

【小贴士】
搅拌馅料时要拌至起胶及滑身,这样吃起来将更具口感。

300gm squid paste, 20gm coriander (finely chopped), 30gm carrot (finely chopped), 30gm water chestnut (peeled, finely chopped), 6pcs you tiao (chinese cruller)

Seasoning:
salt & sugar to taste, a pinch of pepper, a few drops sesame oil, 100gm thousand island sauce, some white sesame seeds(toasted)

Method :
1.Mixed squid paste with coriander, carrot, water chestnut and seasoning until smooth and sticky.
2.Stuffed the squid paste with you tiao. Cut into bite-sized
3.Deep-fried each pieces of stuffed you tiao with medium hot oil until golden brown.Coated with thousand-island sauce.Sprinkled some white sesame seeds on top and served.
