材料
水晶冰糖200克
蔗冰糖花100克
冬瓜300克(去皮)
雪耳25克(浸泡)
北杏仁10克
莞荽根5条
清水2公升

做法
1.把冬瓜切方块;把雪耳切小朵。
2.将水煮滚,然后放入水晶冰糖及蔗冰糖花,与其它材料一起焖煮40分钟至出味。
3.趁热喝。

INGREDIENTS
200g Crystal Rock Sugar
100g Diamond Cane Rock Sugar
2 litre water
300g winter melon (skinned)
25g snow fungus (soaked)
10g bitter almonds
5 stalks coriander root

METHOD
1.Cut winter melon into cubes. Cut soaked snow fungus into florets.
2.Bring water to a boil. Add in Crystal Rock Sugar and Diamond Cane Rock Sugar, simmer with all the ingredients for at least 40 minutes until the flavours are infused.
3.Serve hot.
