素凤梨香饭Fried Pineapple Rice

材料:
凤梨200克、糙米饭3碗、冬菇4朵、杂豆80克、素火腿50克
调味料:
咖喱粉1大匙、盐1 1/2铯匙、胡椒粉少许、瓶装咖喱粉1小匙、菜油2大匙
做法:
1.把凤梨切丁粒。
2.烧热少许油,炒香素火腿和冬菇,然后加入咖喱粉炒香,再加黄梨、杂豆拌匀,才加入白饭及调味料,以大火炒匀至香,取出放入黄梨壳内,即可食用。
Ingredients:
200g pineapple, 3 bowl cooked brown rice, 4 pcs dried mushroom, 80g mixed frozen vegetable, 50g mock ham
Seasoning:
1 tbsp curry powder, 1 ½ tsp salt, dash of pepper, 1 tsp bottled curry powder, 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Method:
1.Cut pineapple into cubes.
2.Heat some oil in wok, sauté mock ham and mushroom until fragrant, the toss in curry powder, and then add pineapple and mixed vegetable; after well mixing, toss in brown rice and seasoning, stir-fry in high heat until fragrant, dish out and scoop into pineapple shell.
