香柠蜜汁虾Fried Prawns with Rock Sugar Honey Sauce and Lime Juice

材料(10人份)
大虾1公斤、清水200毫升、食油1至2汤匙、家乐冰花蜜汁酱5汤匙、酸柑汁1汤匙

做法
1.大虾洗净,保留头、尾和壳。沥干。
2.热油镬,把大虾炸至金黄。取出沥油备用。
3.另一锅子烧热1至2汤匙食油,加入家乐冰花蜜汁酱、清水和酸柑汁。煮沸。
4.加入炸虾,焖煮1分钟。
5.起锅前大火拌炒均匀即可。

Ingredients(Serves 10)
1 kg big prawns, 1 to 2 tbsps cooking oil, 5 tbsps Knorr Rock Sugar Honey Sauce, 200ml water, 1 tbsp lime juice

Method
1.Clean the prawns, keep the shells, heads and tails intact. Drain.
2.Deep fry prawns in hot oil until golden brown. Drain and keep aside.
3.Heat up cooking oil in wok, add Knorr Rock Sugar Honey Sauce, water and lime juice. Bring to a boil.
4.Put the fried prawns into the sauce and braise for 1 minute.
5.Toss the prawns over high heat before removing from heat. Ready to serve.
