养生人参汤圆Ginseng Dumpling

【人参糖水材料】
人参12克、龙眼干30克、红枣30克(去核)、冰糖120克、枸杞1汤匙、水800毫升

【粉团材料】
糯米粉150克、粘米粉30克、水约180毫升

【做法】
1.糖水做法:所有人参糖水材料放入锅中煮滚后转小火,熬煮½小时备用 。(图1)
2.粉团做法:把糯米粉、粘米粉放在大碗中混合,徐徐倒入水,用水搓揉至不粘手,软硬适中的面团。(图2)
3.将面团分成2份,其中一份加入红色素,分别搓揉成圆小球,放入滚水中煮至浮起,捞出浸入冷水中片刻,备用。(图3)
4.吃时捞出汤圆沥乾水分,再放入人参糖水中,便可。

【Ginseng Syrup Ingredients】
12g ginseng, 30g dried Longan, 30g red dates (pitted), 120g rock sugar, 1 tbsp GouQi, 800ml water

【Dough Ingredients】
150g glutinous rice flour, 30g rice flour, 180ml water

【Method】
1.To made syrup: Bring all Ginseng syrup ingredients to boil and then simmer in low heat for 30 minutes, set aside.(pic 1)
2.To made dough: Mix glutinous rice flour and rice flour in mixing bowl, slowly pour in water and knead until non sticky to hand. (pic 2)
3.Take half portion of dough and mix with pink coloring, knead dough into small balls. Boil dumplings until afloat and soak in cold water briefly. (pic 3)
4.Drain dumpling and place in ginseng syrup to serve.
