金沙咸蛋鸡丁Golden Salted Egg Fried Chicken

材料(10人份)
鸡胸肉500克、咖喱叶10片、指天椒1条、牛油2汤匙、食油2汤匙

调味料
家乐金沙咸蛋粉2½汤匙、糖½茶匙,家乐鸡精粉1½茶匙

做法
1.指天椒洗净,切粒。咖喱叶洗净。
2.鸡胸肉洗净,切丁,抹上少许家乐金沙咸蛋粉以及玉米粉,放入热油炸至金黄香脆。
3.2汤匙食油入锅烧热,加入牛油、咖喱叶和指天椒爆香。
4.加入炸鸡丁及调味料,兜匀即可上碟。

Ingredients (Serves 10)
500g chicken breast, 10 pieces curry leaves, 1 bird’s eye chillies, 2 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp cooking oil

Seasoning
2½ tbsp KNORR Golden Salted Egg Powder, ½ tsp sugar, 1½ tsp KNORR Chicken Stock

Method
1.Rinse bird’s eye chili, and then dice. Rinse curry leaves.
2.Rinse and clean chicken breast, cut into cubes, coat with some KNORR Golden Salted Egg Powder and cornflour, deep-fry until crispy.
3.Heat cooking oil in wok, add in butter, curry leaves and bird’s eye chilies, stir-fry until fragrant.
4.Add in fried chicken and seasoning, toss well and serve.
