迷迭香烤鸡中翅Grilled Buffalo wings with Rosemary

【材料】
鸡中翅 6只

【配料】
新鲜迷迭香2束、干迷迭香1茶匙、洋葱 1⁄2粒(切片)、 红椒 1⁄3条(切粗丝)、葱1棵(切段)、姜片6片

【腌料】
清酒2汤匙、黑胡椒适量、盐1茶匙、白糖少许、胡椒粉少许

【调味料】
椒盐适量

【做法】
1.将鸡翅洗净,背后刮一刀,然后以腌料腌至少1小时。(图1-2)
2.把烤炉预热至200℃。
3.在烤盘内铺上锡纸,再将迷迭香排在上面,然后把划刀面鸡中翅排在迷迭香上面,再撒上其他配料。(图3-5)
4.把烤盘放入烤炉中,烤15分钟后翻转,再烤10分钟即可。(图6)
5.撒上椒盐即可。

【Ingredients】

【Sub-Ingredients】
2 stalks fresh rosemary, 1 tsp dried rosemary, 1⁄2 onion (sliced), 1⁄3 red chili (shredded), 1 stalk spring onion (cut sections), 6
slices ginger

【Condiments】
2 tbsp sake, dash of pepper, 1 tsp salt, dash of sugar & pepper

【Seasoning】
Some pepper salt

【Method】
1.Wash chicken Buffalo wings, cut a slit at the back and marinate with condiments for at least 1 hour.(pic 1-2)
2.Pre-heat oven at 200℃.
3.Cover baking tray with aluminum foil, place rosemary on top and arrange Buffalo wings to sit on it; and then scatted other sub-ingredients all over the wings.(pic 3-5)
4.Put the tray in oven and grill for 15 minutes, and then turn over and continue for another 10 minutes, done.(pic 6)
5.Sprinkle pepper salt on top to serve.
