金瓜西米露Pumpkin Sago and Corn Dessert

【材料】
金瓜1粒(切小块)、糖60克 、西米露200克、生奶1罐、甜玉米浆1罐 、玉米1罐 、清水180毫升

【做法】
1.把所有金瓜倒入锅内煮至软,捞起用叉压成泥备用。
2.锅中放水煮至滚后,西米露以大火煮滚后转小火慢慢煮煮至半透明,中间要搅拌几次以免粘底。
3.加入金瓜泥、生奶、甜玉米浆和玉米一起搅拌约5分钟至煮沸为止,以少许糖调味后即可食用。

【Ingredients】
1 pumpkin(cut in small cube), 60g sugar, 200g sago,1 canned creamed corn , 1 canned evaporated milk, 1 canned corn kernels, 180ml water

【Method】
1.Cook pumpkin in boiling water till soft, drain and mash with the back of a spoon.
2.In a pot, bring water to boil, cook sago till transparent on medium heat.
3.Add in mash pumpkin, evaporated milk, creamed corn and corn kernels, cook for another 5 minutes. Add some sugar to taste, done.
