    Step 1

    将猪肉和猪油一起打烂,加入马蹄碎和调味料A充分搅匀至起胶,放进冰箱冷藏10分钟。Mash minced meat with pork lard,blend with water chestnut and marinade ingredients A until springy;keep in fridge for 10 minutes.

    Step 2

    将虾仁洗净加入腌料拌匀,腌制10分钟。Wash prawns and marinate with marinades B for 10 minutes.

    Step 3

    将虾仁粘上适量的粟米粉,然后放进茶杯里,填上猪肉馅按紧。重复做到完为止。Coat prawn with corn flour and place in a tea cup;top with minced meat mixtures and press firmly;repeat steps until finished all ingredients.

    Step 4

    准备蒸笼用大火蒸约10分钟至熟即可取出。Steam in high heat for 10 minutes or until cooked through.

    Step 5

    趁热扣出在深碟子上。Dislodge on plate whilst hot.

    Step 6

    芡汁做法:烧热油爆香蒜茸,倒入其余酱汁料煮滚,勾芡,淋上Q虾肉碎装饰后马上享用。Method for sauce:Saute garlic with hot oil until fragrant,add in all other sauce ingredients, bring to boil;thicken with starch and pour over the steam dish;garnish and serve.
