    Step 1

    烧热油爆香蒜茸和葱茸,加入糯米和调味料炒匀,试味。把炒糯米盛入蒸盘中,用大火蒸45分钟至熟,取出弄松糯米饭。Heat oil to sauté garlic and shallot until fragrant,toss in glutinous rice and seasoning; and then shift to steamer and steam for 45 minutes with high heat until cooked,remove from steamer and loosen it.

    用腌料腌香菇和鸡肉,然后将腌好的一朵冬菇,一块鸡肉和2片腊肠放入小碗,再填入熟糯米至满,按紧。Marinate chicken and Chinese mushroom with marinades,then put each of them with 2 slices of Chinese sausages into small bowl,top with steamed glutinous rice until full,press until firm.

    Step 3

    将弄好的糯米鸡蒸30分钟至熟即可。Steam it again for 30 minutes,done.
