三文鱼40克

寿司饭

生菜、樱桃番茄、日本黄 瓜

腌姜片

裙带菜、牛油果

酱汁
李锦记日式风味沙律汁、芝麻酱油

三文鱼腌料
小葱头茸1茶匙、蒜茸½茶匙、青葱粒1汤匙、麻油1茶匙、酱油1汤匙、蜜糖1茶匙、黑胡椒粉¹/8茶匙、辣椒粉½茶匙

做法
把所有材料加入三文鱼,搅拌均匀,入冰箱腌1小时即可采用。

Sushi Rice

VEGETABLES
Lettuce , cherry tomato, Japanese cucumber

COMES WITH
pickled ginger

ADDITIONAL TOPPINGS
Wakame, avocado

SAUCES
Wasabi Aioli, sesame soy

SALMON MARINATED
1 tsp chopped shallot, ½ tsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped spring onion, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp honey, ¹/8 tsp black pepper, ½ tsp paprika

METHOD
Mixes all ingredients with salmon, keep in fridge for 1 hour before use.
