    Step 1

    将红萝卜、青葱、芫荽全部切小颗粒备用。Finely chop the carrot, green onions, and cilantro; set aside.

    Step 2

    鸡肉打成泥, 加入所有切好的蔬菜,以及日本豆腐、鸡蛋,全部搅拌均匀。加入调味料, 继续搅拌均匀。Mince the chicken breast into a paste. Add the chopped vegetables, Japanese tofu, and eggs. Mix well until evenly combined. Add the seasoning and continue to mix thoroughly.

    将搅拌均匀的豆腐泥,放进碟子里,水沸之后大火蒸10至15分钟。Transfer the tofu mixture onto a plate. Steam over high heat for 10-15 minutes after the water reaches a boil.

    Step 4

    将豆腐泥取出,放凉后切块,沾粉炸成金黄色即可。Remove the steamed tofu mixture, let it cool, and then cut it into pieces. Coat with flour and deep fry until golden brown. Enjoy!
