    将猴头菇洗净后加入姜汁、麻油、香菇粉、酱油、胡椒粉拌均匀后腌制10分钟。Wash the lion's mane mushroom thoroughly, then marinate them with ginger juice, sesame oil, mushroom powder, soy sauce, and pepper for 10 minutes.

    将腌制好的猴头菇铺放在稍有深度的碟子上,并加入鸿禧菇、桃胶、当归、绍兴酒、枸杞,放入蒸炉,水沸后蒸20分钟即可。Place the marinated lion's mane mushroom on a slightly deep plate, then add shiitake mushrooms, peach gum, Chinese angelica root, Shaoxing wine, and goji berries. Place the plate into a steamer and steam for 20 minutes after the water starts boiling.
