鲜竹蒸素鳕Steamed Mock Cod Fish

【材料】
素鳕鱼1块(200克)、鲜豆包4块、鲜香菇2朵、云耳5克、杞子1小匙、姜丝少许、芫茜少许

【调味料】
淡色生抽1 1⁄2汤匙、胡椒粉少许、麻油1⁄2小匙

【做法】
1.把云耳浸泡软洗净去蒂,撕小块;鲜香菇切粗条。
2.将蒸盘涂少许油,把鲜豆包切小块排上碟,放上素鳕鱼,浇上云耳、香菇、姜丝、杞子。
3.入蒸锅蒸10分钟,淋上调味料,浇上芫茜即可趁热享用。

【Ingredients】
1 piece mock cod fish (about 200g), 4 pcs fresh gluten pockets, 2 pcs fresh mushroom, 5g baby black fungus, 1 tsp GouQi, some juliennes ginger and coriander

【Seasoning】
1 1⁄2 tbsp light soy sauce, dash of pepper, 1⁄2 tsp sesame oil

【Method】
1.Soak baby black fungus, remove stems and tear into small pieces; fresh mushroom shredded.
2.Grease steam plate with some oil, place in gluten pockets slices and top with mock cod fish, sprinkle with baby black fungus, mushroom, ginger and GouQi.
3.Steam for 10 minutes, pour in seasoning and garnish with coriander.
