将冷冻一天的芒果取出来放进果汁机内,加入优格,盖上盖子搅拌。期间要用搅拌棒不断翻压食材,让食材搅拌均匀。Take out the frozen mango cubes and put it in the blender, add yogurt, cover and blended well.
搅拌好的芒果冰将非常浓稠,即便将果汁机倒置,里面的芒果冰也不会流动掉下来。The blended mango ice must be very thick and not flow out even the blender is turned upside down.
