    Directions

    Step 1

    先将(A)料拌匀发酵6小时,然后加入(B)料拌成光滑面团。将面团分成2等份,1份加入(C)料五仁拌匀成五仁馅料,另一份是做皮料用。让面团休息40分钟。Mixes ingredients(A) and let rise for 6 hours, then mix in (B) and knead into smooth dough. Divide dough into 2 equal portions, 1 mix with (C) as filling and another keep as skin. Let the skin rest for 40 minutes.

    Step 2

    将每粒重12克的皮料搓圆备用。馅料每粒28克也搓圆备用。Apportion the skin into 12g each, and apportion the filling into 28g each.

    Step 3

    取1份皮料,包入馅料,压入迷你卡通模型敲出。Wrap each skin with a portion of filling, then press into a mini cartoon moon cake mould; knock out to dislodge moon cake.

    Step 4

    放入预热180℃的烘炉烤10分钟,取出待凉,扫上奶水再烤8-10分钟即成。Bake the moon cake in 180℃ over for 10 minutes, remove from oven, let cool down briefly, glaze with milk and bake again for another 8-10 minutes.
