菌菇类富含多种氨基酸和多醣体,对吸收余下的胆固醇、糖分,将其排出体外,对预防便秘、肠癌、动脉硬化、糖尿病等都十分有利。

    Step 1

    把胜瓜切除棱角,冲洗干净,切成圆块3公分高备用。Cut off the edges and corners of luffa, wash and rinse then cut into round pieces 3cm high for later use.

    Step 2

    将红萝卜去皮切小圆块,鲜杏鲍菇切小圆形。冬菇、鲜鲍鱼菇去梗,冲洗后待用。Peel the carrots and cut into small round pieces, king oyster mushrooms also cut into small round pieces. Remove the stems of fresh mushrooms and fresh abalone mushrooms, rinse and set aside.

    Step 3

    烧热锅加入½大匙油,加入材料略炒,加入调味料煮至滚,再放入胜瓜煮至滚即可上碟享用。Add ½ tbsp oil to the wok, add all the ingredients and fry slightly, add the seasonings and boiled, put the luffa at last bring to boil. Enjoy while it's hot.
