    Directions

    心得交流站 : 甜梅菜要干镬,不要放油炒至微干水,这样才会突出梅菜干的香味。

    Step 1

    甜梅菜用清水浸泡15分钟,挤干水份切碎,炒至香及干身备用。Soak sweet Mui Choy in water for 15 minutes, squeeze out water and chop finely, and then sauté in dry wok until dry up and fragrants.

    Step 2

    将1/4杯油爆香所有五香梅菜材料,加入调味料A及清水,小火焖至汁浓备用。Use 1/4tsp of oil sauté all Spiced Mui Choy ingredients until fragrant, add seasoning A and water, simmer in low heat until gravy thicken. Dish out and set aside.

    Step 3

    芥兰切段飞水备用。Cut Kai Lan into blocks and then blanched.

    Step 4

    烧热适量油,加入红萝卜、白玉菇及芥兰炒匀, 加入调味料B煮滚,再加入适量五香梅菜炒匀即可上碟。Heat some oil in wok, stir fry carrot, mushroom and kailan, add seasoning B, and then toss in Spiced Mui Choy ingredients, mix well and dish out.
