    Step 1

    把牛油和黄糖搅拌至发起。加入干料,搅拌均匀。 Cream butter and brown sugar together until pale. Add in the dry ingredients and mix well.

    Step 2

    慢慢加入香草精和蛋黄。 Slowly add in vanilla essence and egg yolks.

    Step 3

    收入冰箱醒1小时。取出面团擀成3毫米厚的面皮,用心形模型切开。 Rest in chiller for 1 hour. Roll to 3mm thin and cut into heart shape using pastry cutter.

    Step 4

    然后放入烤炉以170°C烤15分钟。 Bake at 170°C for 15 minutes.

    Step 5

    待凉后在酥饼上挤入草莓酱。 Pipe the strawberry jam on top of the shortbread,done.
