冬炎炒面线酸辣开胃,是大马人爱吃的面食。记得翻炒面线手势要轻,不然会炒断面线。

    Step 1

    将面线用油炸至金黄色捞起,把炸过的面线用滚水煮软捞起备用。Deep fry Mian Xian until golden brown,and then scud in boiling water until soften,set aside.

    Step 2

    烧1½大匙油,爆香菇和豆干,然后加入全部剩余的材料B、冬炎料和调味料煮滚,再加入面线,炒至收汁后加入芽菜炒匀上碟,再加入装饰料,即可享用。Heat 1½tbsp oil in wok,sauté mushroom and bean curd until fragrant,add in remaining ingredients B,Tomyam spices and seasoning,once boiled,add in Mian Xian and cook until gravy reduced,stir in bean sprouts and dish out; garnish and serve.
