    功能 : 补气利水,下气通乳。 适应症 : 产后小便不通,头晕疲倦,乳汁稀少,出汗量多。

    Step 1

    鱼去鳞、去腮、去除内脏,洗净。Scaled , devein and wash the fish.

    Step 2

    将北芪、茯苓、木瓜洗净,同放入砂锅,加入清水 1000ml,大火煮滚后改用小火煎煮 30 分钟,弃渣留汁备用。Rinse BeiQi, FuLing and papaya and put into clay pot, pour in 1000ml water and boil with high heat, and then simmer in low heat for 30 minutes, filtered and keep the soup.

    Step 3
