十全排骨汤 PERFECT 10 RIBS SOUP

材料
排骨200 克、老姜2 片、十全大补药材1 帖、水4 碗
调味料
米酒1 汤匙、盐1⁄4 茶匙
做法
1. 将排骨以滚水川烫,去除血腥味,再冲洗干净,药材冲水洗净。( 图1)
2. 把所有材料及水放入炖盅,炖煮60 分钟至排骨够软。(图2-4)
3. 加入盐、酒调味便可。

Ingredients
200g spare ribs, 2 slices old ginger, 1 set of Shi QUAN medicine pack, 4 bowls water
Seasoning
1 tbsp rice wine, 1⁄4 tsp salt
Method
1.Blanch spare ribs in boiling water to remove scums, then wash and drain.(pic 1)
2.Place in all ingredients in stewing pot, stew for 60 minutes or until ribs soften.(pic 2-4)
3.Season with rice wine and salt, done.
