【材料】
鸡翼12只
【腌料】
姜汁1汤匙、生粉1茶匙、辣椒粉1汤匙、肉类咖哩粉1茶匙、打散鸡蛋1⁄2粒、咖哩叶1束、碱水1⁄4茶
匙、白糖1茶匙、鸡精粉1⁄2茶匙、粘米粉2-3汤匙、盐适量
【做法】
1. 以腌料腌鸡翼,收入冰箱至少1小时。(图1-5)
2. 用热油把鸡翼炸至酥脆。(图6)
3. 以纸巾吸干油。

【Marinades】
1 tbsp ginger juice, 1 tsp corn flour, 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tsp meat curry powder, 1⁄2 beaten egg,
1 sprig curry leaves, 1⁄2 tsp “kapur” lye water, 1 tsp sugar, 1⁄2 tsp chicken stock granules,
2-3 Tbsp rice flour, salt to taste
【Method】
1. Season the chicken wings with all the marinade ingredients and keep in fridge for at least 1

2. Deep fry the chicken wings in hot oil until crispy and cooked.(pic 6)
3. Remove, drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
