    小贴士 : 想让芥兰好吃的秘诀就是姜片(或姜汁)、白酒、白糖。

    Step 1

    开一锅沸水,下少许油及糖,放入芥兰煮一煮,捞起沥干水份备用。云耳也同样下热水锅过一下,以去除杂味。Bring a pot of boiling water, add in some oil and sugar, blanch kai lan and black fungus, drain and set aside.

    Step 2

    热锅下少许油,把腊肠煎一煎,起锅备用。Heat soeme oil in wok, sear Chinese sausage, set aside.

    Step 3

    接着下姜片、 蒜蓉和红萝卜爆香,再倒入芥兰和云耳炒至软。Use the same wok, saute ginger,chopped garlic and carrot till fragrant, toss in kalian and fungus, fry well.

    Step 4

    加入调味料拌匀后,加入腊肠舀均即可上碟。Add in seasoning, mix well, toss in Chinese sausage and stir well, done.
