    小贴士 : 意大利面煮的时候,放入少许食盐,煮至8分熟即可,因为还要二次加热。

    Step 1

    煮一锅水,把鱼肉、苏东及虾汆烫3分钟至熟;豆芽也汆烫。Blanch fish, squid and prawns in boiling water for 3 minutes till cooked. Blanch bean sprouts. Set aside.

    Step 2

    起锅热油,把咖哩香料炒20分钟至转暗色。Heat oil and saute curry paste for 20 minutes till color darkens.

    Step 3

    倒入清水,煮开后滚10分钟,然后倒入椰浆,小火焖煮3-4分钟。Pour in water and bring to boil for 10 minutes. Then pour in coconut milk and simmer for another 3-4 minutes.

    Step 4

    把意粉、海鲜料及豆芽排碟。Place spaghetti, seafood and bean sprouts on serving plate.

    Step 5

    淋上咖哩汁,以薄荷叶装饰即可上桌。Scoop curry sauce over and garnish with mint leaves.
