    Step 1

    烧热适量油,放入四季豆炒半熟,加入1大匙蚝油炒匀起备用。Heat some oil in wok, stir-fry French bean until semi cooked toss in 1tbsp oyster sauce and dish out.

    Step 2

    烧热1/4杯油,爆香所有剩余材料,加入调味料煮至汁浓,将四季豆再回规快手炒匀即可上碟。Heat cup of oil in wok saute all remaining ingredients until fragrant add in seasoning and cook until gravy thicken return French bean and stir to mix.
