    Directions

    Step 1

    苦瓜切厚片用少许盐捞匀片刻,用水冲洗,再浸泡冰水备用。Cut bitter gourd into thick slices and marinate with salt; rinse and soak in water.

    Step 2

    豆包用油煎至两面金黄色,板豆腐切块,用油炸至金黄色。Sear gluten pocket until both side golden brown; cut tofu into chunks and deep fry until golden brown.

    Step 3

    爆香C材料,加入苦瓜炒香,再加材料B炒匀,倒进妈蜜酱煮至汁浓,上碟。Saute ingredients C until fragrant,toss in bitter gourd and follow with ingredients B; stir in sauce marmite and cook until gravy thicken,dish out.
