    魟鱼属于白肉鱼种,脂肪含量非常低,适合各类人群食用,富含丰富的钙质、蛋白质,能补充人体所需的热能与营养素,强健人体骨骼,预防骨质疏松。 [6]需要注意的是,魟鱼的尾巴上有棘刺,棘刺能够产生毒液,对人类有致命威胁。

    Step 1

    将魟鱼洗净,抹干水份后加入材料(B),用手抓至均匀,备用。Wash the fish, pat dry and marinate with seasoning B.

    Step 2

    烧热炸油锅,放入姜丝,炸至金黄,捞起备用;接着将魟鱼炸至金黄色,捞起备用。Heat oil in wok, deep fry the ginger until crispy, dish out and then deep fry the fish until golden brown.

    Step 3

    取另外一个锅,倒入少许油,将蒜末、辣椒末和葱段炒香,加入炸魟鱼和所有的调味料,拌炒均匀后继续煮至酱汁浓稠即可上桌。Heat up another wok with some oil, sautéchopped garlic, chilli and spring onion until fragrant, toss in fried fish and all seasoning, stir fry until well mixed; and then continue simmer until gravy thicken, done.
