    饼模要洒入少许面粉饼,容易脱模。

    Step 1

    将皮料A拌匀过一夜后加入皮料B,拌至光滑成团,休面团2小时后分出每份35克,搓圆备用。Mixes all dough ingredients A and set for overnight,fold in ingredients B,knead into smooth dough and rest for 2 hours. Apportion into 35g each and shape roundly.

    Step 2

    把黑芝麻粉捞入花生油,然后加入豆蓉、瓜仁搓匀,分出12克1份,搓圆备用。Mix black sesame powder with peanut oil,and then add in mung bean paste and Gua Zhi;apportion into 12g each and shape roundly.

    Step 3

    皮料包入馅料,搓圆压入模型再敲出,至全部做好放入已预热180℃的烘炉里,烤7分钟,取出待凉,扫上涂皮料,再回炉烘10分钟即成。Wrap filling with dough,shape roundly and press into mold,dislodge and bake in pre-heated oven for 7 minutes,remove from oven to cool down,brush glaze on top and return to oven and bake for another 10 minutes,done.
