    心得交流站 : 辣椒干爆香捞起后放就不会很辣,因煮久了辣椒干出味就很辣。

    Step 1

    豆干切块,用油炸至金黄色备用。Cut harden tofu into cubes and then deep fry un- til golden brown.

    Step 2

    西芹、大青椒、紅甜椒用适量油炒香备用。Sauté celery green red & yellow capsicums with some oil until fragrant dish out and set aside.

    Step 3

    用3大匙油爆香辣椒干捞起备用 爆过的辣油加入金片、辣椒粉炒片刻,加入宮保醫療滚,再加入1/4杯水和金黄色的豆干煮片刻至汁浓,续加入做法2料和勾芡,快手兜炒后加入腰豆便可上碟,趁熱享用。Saute dried chilli with 3tbsp oil until fragrant dish out, use the same oil sauté ginger and chilli powder briefly toss in sauce ingredients and bring to boil pour in water and fried tofu let boil until gravy reduced, and then thicken with starch loss in cashew nuts stir well and dish out.
