    Step 1

    排骨斩块。Chop pork ribs into pieces.

    Step 2

    大头菜、红枣、姜、冬菇丝和云耳飞水,沥干水份。Blanch dried salted mustard, red dates, ginger,Chinese mushroom and baby black fungus in boiling water; drain.

    Step 3

    将排骨、配料和调味料拌匀,送入蒸笼用大火蒸25分钟至熟。Mixes ribs with all other ingredients and seasoning; and then steam in high heat for 25 minutes or until cooked.
