    功能 : 补血养血,化瘀止血。 适应症 : 产后余血不尽,下腹疼痛,恶露量多,淋漓不止。

    Step 1

    莲藕洗净切块,放入果汁机榨取藕汁,放入雪柜备用。Wash lotus root and slice, then blend in blender to obtain juice, keep the juice in fridge till needed.

    Step 2

    山楂、红枣洗净,同放入砂锅,加入清水 400ml,大火煮滚。Wash ShanZha and red dates, put in clay pot, pour in 400ml water and bring to boil in high heat.

    Step 3

    改用小火煎煮 30 分钟,加入藕汁,用大火煮滚后,加入黄糖,搅至糖溶化即成。Turn to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes, add in lotus juice and bring to boil again; season with brown sugar.
